Mary Mulligan to Speak at UK Fraud Lawyers Association's International Conference

Mary Mulligan will speak at the UK Fraud Lawyers Association's International Conference, this year being held in conjunction with the European Criminal Bar Association, on June 17 at K&L Gates' offices in London. The event will feature Keynote Speaker David Green, QC, Director of the Serious Fraud Office. 

Ms. Mulligan’s panel, entitled "Assessing Corporate Cooperation Credit: Can the SFO Learn from the DOJ's Past Mistakes?" will discuss how the Serious Fraud Office assesses the cooperativeness of corporations in deciding whether to allow them to enter Deferred Prosecution Agreements, and the lessons to be drawn from the U.S. experience in this realm.  Her panel will be chaired by Harry Travers of BCL Burton Copeland, and her co-panelists will include Charles E. Duross of Morrison Foerster LLP, Christine Braamskamp of K&L Gates LLP, and Amanda Pinto, QC of 33 Chancery Lane Chambers.
