Friedman Kaplan litigation partner Stan Chiueh spoke on a panel at the 2024 Forensic Expert Witness Association (FEWA) Summit on October 8. The panel, titled “High Profile & High Stakes Cases: Tips for Expert Witnesses” provided insights and observations for expert witnesses regarding high-profile and high-stakes civil and criminal litigation and arbitration cases. The panel was moderated by John Levitske of HKA Global, and the panel also included Giovanna Ferrari of Seyfarth Shaw LLP and The Honorable (Ret.) Clifton B. Newman of JAMS.
