Robert S. Smith Speaks at NYCLA Networking Event and Program: Recent Developments in New York Corporate Law 2023

The Honorable Robert S. Smith (Ret.) spoke on a panel, hosted by New York County Lawyers Association’s (NYCLA) Committee on Corporation Law and co-hosted by NYCLA’s Center for Corporate Governance on April 26. The panel discussed recent developments in New York corporate law, including a review of the most important New York cases. The panel also featured Greg Markel, chairman of Seyfarth Shaw LLP's New York litigation department, and was moderated by Gerard Mantese, chair of the Corporation Law Committee of NYCLA and CEO and Senior Principal, Business Law, at Mantese Honigman.
