Litigation partner Anne E. Beaumont spoke on a panel during Practising Law Institute’s two-day program, Understanding Financial Products 2023. The panel, titled “Capital Markets Products,” included a review of tender offers and other liability management structures, convertible securities and related derivatives strategies, SPACs, and REITs as well as a discussion about the effect of LIBOR disappearing and trends in capital markets disputes and enforcement. The panel was moderated by Anne-Karine Dabo of Lloyds Banking Group, and the other panelists included Anna T. Pinedo of Mayer Brown LLP and Duncan Murdoch of SilverBox Capital.
