Mala Ahuja Harker Speaks on Panel at Centerforce's Diversity in Law Series

Litigation partner Mala Ahuja Harker spoke on a panel at Centerforce's Diversity in Law Series. The panel, titled, “Code-Switching: Shifting the Way We Communicate and Present Ourselves in the Workplace,” explored the experiences of women and other underrepresented attorneys and how they navigate their identities in the workplace, and how leaders can create a safe space where employees can be their authentic selves.
