Anne Beaumont to Speak on Liability Management Panel at William H. Gindin Bankruptcy Bench Bar Conference

Anne Beaumont will speak on a panel regarding liability management exercises at the 2026 William H. Gindin Bankruptcy Bench Bar Conference hosted by the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City. The panel will be moderated by Julian Bulaon of Octus (f/k/a Reorg). The Hon. Mark E. Hall of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, Andrew Behlmann of Lowenstein Sandler, and Erica S. Weisgerber of Debevoise & Plimpton will also be panelists.
