Litigation partner Alex Levi spoke at the inaugural High-Net-Worth Contentious Disputes conference in New York on June 13 on a panel titled, “Provisional Measures and Prejudgment Remedies in HNW Disputes: Can the Legal Systems Keep Up with the Models Used to Move and Shelter Assets?” The panel, which led a round-table discussion, provided guidance on and recounted case-specific experiences with numerous forms of prejudgment remedies and provisional measures across an array of jurisdictions, including New York. Alex was joined on the panel by Jon Felce, a partner at Cook, Young & Keidan LLP (UK), Shane Donovan, a partner at Mourant (British Virgin Islands), and Ian Casewell, a partner at Mintz Group (UK).
