Friedman Kaplan partner Eric Corngold spoke at the American Bar Association Business Law Section’s 2016 Spring Meeting held in Montreal, Quebec, from April 7 - 9, 2016. Mr. Corngold’s panel, “NexGen White-Collar: Where are the Law, Business and Ethics Headed?” was moderated by Jonny Frank of StoneTurn Group, formerly of the U.S. Department of Justice, and his co-panelists included Janice Innis-Thompson, Senior Managing Director and Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer of TIAA, Laura McLaren, Senior Counsel and Director of Global Anti-Corruption at BMO Financial Group, Sarah Coyne, counsel in the Litigation Department and White Collar & Regulatory Defense Group of Debevoise and Plimpton LLP,  and Jeffrey A. Brown, a Partner in the Litigation, White Collar, and Internal Investigations and Corporate Compliance practices of Dechert LLP. The session took place on April 7 from 8:30-10:00 AM at the Hotel Bonaventure.  Attendees were eligible for CLE credit.
