On November 21, partner Mala Ahuja Harker will speak at Centerforce Conferences' Women in Legal & Corporate Leadership Summit on a panel titled "Working Through Generational Diversity Among Leaders & Emerging Leaders."

The panel will discuss how to work through the stereotypes that encourage bias; understanding and appreciating differences in perspective; how to encourage better communication in order to bridge the gap; constructive mentoring; and succession planning that works for all.

Ms. Harker will be joined by co-panelists Felice Gray-Kemp, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer at Planet Alpha Corp., Manisha Lalwani, Director and Senior Legal Counsel at BMO Financial Group, Kerri Ann Law, a partner at Kramer Levin, Margot Weisberg, an associate at Aaronson Rappaport Feinstein & Deutsch, LLP, and Heather Bowen, Counsel – Tech and New Media at World Wrestling Entertainment.
