On October 29, 2019, partner Anne Beaumont spoke at the Portfolio Valuation Summit, hosted by Stout Risius Ross.  Ms. Beaumont spoke on a panel titled "Issues in Litigation and Liquidity," and was joined by co-panelists Joel E. Cohen and Justin Burchett of Stout, John Pintarelli of Morrison & Foerster, and John Pendleton of DLA Piper.

The panel discussed transactional issues such as dealing with illiquid assets, deal structure, risk, and solvency; practical and regulatory considerations pertaining to valuation policies, as well as the effect of the planned cessation of the LIBOR rate on these policies; and best practices and trends in litigation.
