FK partner Mary Mulligan will speak on a panel at this year's Fraud Lawyers Association International Conference, to be held on June 21, 2019 in London.  

Ms. Mulligan will join Harry Travers of BCL Solicitors and Amanda Pinto QC of 33 Chancery Lane Chambers in discussing the growing use of wiretaps - previously unusual - in U.K. criminal investigations, and the role that they have historically played in U.S. investigations.
