On November 27, FK partners Asaf Reindel and Scott Berman spoke at a seminar co-hosted by Friedman Kaplan and Barnea, a leading Israeli law firm, entitled A Legal Primer for U.S. Hedge Fund Investing. Mr. Reindel's talk focused on insider trading and hedge fund research in the U.S., and Mr. Berman's on how to avoid becoming a party in a hedge fund litigation.

The event also featured a talk by Dr. Zvi Gabbay, Head of Barnea's Capital Markets Department, on international enforcement, as well as a networking reception and a round table discussion.

Friedman Kaplan and Barnea conducted the event in conjunction with the IHFA, of which Friedman Kaplan is an affiliate.
