Jason Koffler joined Friedman Kaplan in April 2024 to focus on complex commercial litigation and appellate matters.

Prior to joining Friedman Kaplan, Jason was a litigation associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP where he focused on a broad range of disputes, including complex commercial litigation and arbitration, antitrust litigation, bankruptcy matters and appellate practice. Before that, Jason served as a law clerk to the Honorable Reena Raggi of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Honorable Valerie E. Caproni of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Before attending law school, Jason worked as a consultant for four years.
