Blair R. Springer

Blair Springer represents clients in a wide range of corporate and transactional matters. His practice includes representing strategic buyers, private equity sponsors, and entrepreneurs in complex domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions. He also advises on a variety of financing matters, from early-stage venture-backed capital raises to complex secured debt financing transactions. Blair also has a general corporate practice in which he acts as outside general counsel on entity formation, corporate governance matters, contract interpretation, and day-to-day commercial agreements.

Prior to practicing law, Blair graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy and served overseas as an officer in the U.S. Navy for several years.
