Steve Pesner Named a BTI Client Service All-Star MVP

Friedman Kaplan senior counsel Steven M. Pesner, P.C. has been named to the 2023 list of Client Service All-Stars by The BTI Consulting Group. Among those recognized, Steve is one of only 83 attorneys in the country designated as an “Elite MVP” for earning All-Star status in two consecutive years.

Now in its 22nd year of publication, BTI’s Client Service All-Stars list is based solely on unprompted feedback provided in an organic fashion through BTI’s in-depth telephone interviews with over 350 top legal decision makers at large organizations with over $700 million in revenue. BTI reported that clients valued honorees for being skilled at anticipating client needs, providing simple, practical, and actionable guidance, their superior responsiveness, and communicating thoughtfully about staffing.
