Friedman Kaplan Recognized as a Client Service Leader in BTI’s 2023 Client Service A-Team

BTI Consulting Group has recognized Friedman Kaplan as part of its Client Service 200 list in its recently released report, BTI Client Service A-Team: Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance 2023. Friedman Kaplan was also one of only 50 law firms named as BTI Midsize Client Service Masters.

Recognition is based solely on unprompted feedback obtained through BTI’s in-depth telephone interviews with over 350 top legal decision makers at large organizations with $1 billion or more in revenue. Friedman Kaplan was specifically noted as a standout firm for the following attributes of client service:  fielding the absolute best team, commitment to help, client focus, and understanding the client’s business.
