Friedman Kaplan Named to BTI’s 2025 Client Service A-Team

BTI Consulting Group has recognized Friedman Kaplan as a leader in client service in its report, BTI Client Service A-Team 2025: Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance. The report ranks law firms based solely on direct, unprompted feedback from interviews with a strategically designed group of more than 350 top legal decision makers at large organizations with $700 million or more in revenue. BTI’s analysis is based on 17 objective ranking factors, which corporate counsel agree drive the strongest relationships with law firms.
