Friedman Kaplan Client FlightSafety International Forms Joint Venture with a Textron Inc. Company to Provide Flight Training Services

Friedman Kaplan client, FlightSafety International Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway company, has formed a joint venture with TRU Simulation + Training Inc.,  a Textron Inc. (NYSE:TXT) company. The new company will provide training services for Textron Aviation‘s broad product line of business and general aviation aircraft. It will offer training for 48 aircraft models at 16 locations, using a fleet of 89 simulators.
