May 2018

Friedman Kaplan is proud to announce the election of Asaf Reindel to our partnership.

Mr. Reindel, who will lead the firm's Israel practice, represents public and private companies in connection with domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and debt financings, and private equity funds and hedge funds in connection with their investments, contracts, and compliance issues. He also represents early-stage and mature companies in various industries in connection with equity investments, debt transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreements, employment matters, and other day-to-day aspects of their operations. Mr. Reindel also represents high-level executives and employers in the negotiation of employment and separation arrangements, and high-net worth individuals in connection with their investments.

In addition to his general practice, Mr. Reindel also has a robust practice representing Israel-based technology and other companies in connection with their U.S. business activities, and U.S. individuals and entities in transactions in Israel. He has published several articles in Israeli media.

"Asaf’s contributions to our firm during his time as counsel have been invaluable, and we look forward to this deepening of our relationship," said Managing Partner Eric Seiler.
