Rahul Agarwal Speaks at AABANY 2026 Fall Conference

Rahul Agarwal will speak on a panel titled “Conducting Effective Internal Investigations” at the Asian American Bar Association of New York’s 2026 fall conference in New York City. The panel will explore various perspectives from in-house and outside counsel on managing complaints, scope, stakeholders, and the investigations themselves. Rahul will be joined on the panel by Andrew Brunsden, Chief Legal Officer at The New York Foundling, César de Castro, a litigator and New York federal court trial lawyer, and Leah Ramos, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at STO Building Group. The panel will be moderated by Pei Pei Cheng de Castro, a partner at Barclay Damon LLP.
