Rahul Agarwal Speaks at AABANY 2026 Fall Conference

Rahul Agarwal spoke on a panel titled “Conducting Effective Internal Investigations” at the Asian American Bar Association of New York’s 2026 fall conference in New York City. The panel explored various perspectives from in-house and outside counsel on managing complaints, scope, stakeholders, and the investigations themselves. Rahul was joined on the panel by Andrew Brunsden, Chief Legal Officer at The New York Foundling, César de Castro, a litigator and New York federal court trial lawyer, and Leah Ramos, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer at STO Building Group. The panel was moderated by Pei Pei Cheng de Castro, a partner at Barclay Damon LLP.
