Friedman Kaplan litigation partner Mondaire Jones will speak at DealFlow’s PREDICT 2026 conference. The conference brings together thought leaders and pioneers shaping the transformation of prediction markets. Mondaire will speak on the panel “Midterms on the Market: How Prediction Markets Are Forecasting the 2026 Elections,” examining markets vs. polling; how traders incorporate the political landscape into election pricing; the potential impact of congressional control on taxes, regulation, fiscal policy, healthcare, energy, crypto, and capital markets; and how prediction markets are used to forecast political risk and prepare for policy changes.
