Kaelyn Gustafson Speaks at NYSBA Women in Law Section’s 2024 Annual Meeting

Kaelyn Gustafson spoke on a panel as part of the New York State Bar Association Women in Law Section’s 2024 Annual Meeting on January 18. The panel titled “What is the ERA?” discussed New York’s recently passed Equal Rights Amendment, which if approved by voters in November 2024, will amend the State Constitution to codify equal rights protections for women and other communities in New York. The panel also included Katharine Bodde, Interim Co-Director of Policy of New York Civil Liberties Union, Assembly Member Rebecca Seawright, Professor Julie Suk of Fordham University School of Law, and Brad Usher, Former Chief of Staff for New York State Senator Liz Krueger. The program offered CLE credit.
