On September 24, 2015, Friedman Kaplan partner Hal Neier participated in a CLE panel on Recent Trends and Practical Tips Regarding Restrictive Covenants and Trade Secrets.  Mr. Neier discussed recent developments in New York employment law governing restrictive covenants ranging from the Court of Appeals’ seminal decision in BDO Seidman v.
