Neier Speaks on Uses of Mediation at NYLJ Litigation Seminar

Friedman Kaplan litigation partner Hal Neier took part in a panel discussion at the New York Law Journal's Litigation Seminar on "Contractual and Court Directed Uses of Mediation." Mr. Neier discussed the New York Supreme Court Commercial Division's recent launch of a pilot project for mandatory mediation. His co-panelists were the Honorable Ira B. Warshawsky, retired Justice of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, Commercial Division and of counsel to Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein, P.C., and Mark J. Bunim, a former partner at Bryan Cave LLP and a member of National Arbitration and Mediation's mediator and hearing officer panel.
