On December 9, partner Asaf Reindel will speak at an event hosted by the Israeli Hedge Fund Association and the law firm of Herzog Fox & Neeman titled Risk Mitigation: A Cyber Event Simulation for Executives and Preparation for the Cessation of LIBOR.  The event will take place at the offices of Herzog Fox & Neeman in Tel Aviv.

Mr. Reindel will discuss the U.S. legal aspects of the expected cessation of LIBOR, and will be joined by Dr. Nimrod Koslovski, a partner at HFN, who will present a simulation of a cyber event.

Mr. Reindel is head of Friedman Kaplan's Israel Practice and a member of the firm's LIBOR Transition Task Force.
