On April 28, Friedman Kaplan partner Ricardo Solano Jr. spoke at the NJAJ Educational Foundation's Boardwalk Seminar 2017. His session, classified under Ethics & Professionalism in the Technology Age, was entitled "Criminal Law: Bridgegate, Bail Reform and Cutting-Edge Topics for the Criminal Practitioner" and focused on the ethical responsibilities of attorneys when handling electronically stored information and dealing with social media evidence.
The event was held at Harrah’s Resort in Atlantic City, NJ. Mr. Solano’s talk took place from 3:30-4:30 PM.
