Todd Costa joined Friedman Kaplan in June 2025 to focus on complex commercial disputes, securities litigation, and white collar criminal investigations.
Prior to joining Friedman Kaplan, Todd was an associate at Jenner & Block LLP where he worked on complex commercial disputes, white collar criminal investigations, and monitorships. Prior to that, Todd served as a law clerk to The Honorable David A. Ruiz of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and practiced at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP.
