Daniel Harper
Daniel Harper joined Friedman Kaplan in November 2024 to focus on complex commercial disputes and securities litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Daniel clerked for the Honorable John P. Cronan of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and for the Honorable Michael Boudin of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Daniel also previously practiced at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in its litigation department.
