Asaf Reindel
Asaf Reindel has a general transactional practice that includes domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments (representing both investment funds and management), debt financings, and commercial contracts. Mr. Reindel has represented private equity funds in investments in China, including the acquisition of a water company and investments in real estate companies; an Israeli technology company in its acquisition by a U.S. public company; a hedge fund in investments in India; a public company in acquisitions of technology companies; telecommunications companies in acquisition and sale transactions in the U.S. and Europe; private and public companies in secured and unsecured debt financings; and private equity funds in connection with various legal aspects of their formation.
Mr. Reindel graduated magna cum laude and second in his class from Tel Aviv University Law School in 1999 and received an LL.M. in 2001 from Columbia Law School, where he was a Kent Scholar. He served as a law clerk to Chief Justice Aharon Barak of the Supreme Court of Israel in 1999.
Mr. Reindel previously practiced at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. He is also admitted in Israel and is a native speaker of Hebrew.
