Yaara Shchori-Ben Harush

Yaara Shchori-Ben Harush joined Friedman Kaplan in October 2022. Her corporate practice includes mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, joint ventures, employment and separation agreements, and commercial contracts.

Prior to joining Friedman Kaplan, Yaara was a partner at the Israel-based law firm Agmon & Co. Rosenberg Hacohen & Co. where she practiced in all areas of corporate law, securities, and capital markets and worked on some of the major mergers and largest public offerings in Israel in recent years. She is a native speaker of Hebrew.
