
Philip Biegler
Phil Biegler’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including claims involving breach of contract, tortious interference, bankruptcy and restructuring issues, and statutory remedies. He also represents clients in investigations, including those conducted by the DOJ and SEC.
Prior to joining Friedman Kaplan, Phil was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where he represented clients in complex commercial litigation.
