- Representation of Financial Credit Investment II in connection with the refusal of Sun Life Financial, Inc. to pay a $10,000,000 death benefit to our client, the owner of the policy, along with related litigation filed by Sun Life against U.S. Bank as Securities Intermediary.

Representation of Expedia Group in connection with claims brought by shareholders related to a proposed transaction.
Prior to joining Friedman Kaplan, Mr. Lewis was an associate at Paul Hastings, LLP, where he focused on commercial disputes and government investigations.
