Representation of CBPB Holdings, an investment management firm, in an arbitration against an in-house lawyer who was terminated for self-dealing.
Representation of Expedia Group in connection with claims brought by shareholders related to a proposed transaction.
Prior to joining Friedman Kaplan, Mr. Lewis was an associate at Paul Hastings, LLP, where he focused on commercial disputes and government investigations.
