Christina Golden joined Friedman Kaplan in January of 2016 to focus on complex commercial litigation matters.
- Participating in the representation of two former directors of a Cayman holding company established to hold the equity of a worldwide logistics company in defense of a breach of fiduciary duty and other claims brought under Cayman law by the bankruptcy trustee for the logistics company.
- Participating in the representation of a global financial institution as a third party in a nationwide securities fraud class action against JCPenney.
Prior to joining Friedman Kaplan, Ms. Golden was an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where she focused on complex commercial litigation and arbitration, including merger litigation, appraisal proceedings, expedited trials, proxy contests, class actions, contract disputes, and securities matters.
