We represent private equity firms, financial institutions, individual investors, and portfolio companies in private equity investments. We have represented:

• Blue Ridge Limited Partnership and Blue Ridge Offshore Master Limited Partnership, each a prominent hedge fund, in both domestic and foreign investments, and their affiliates, Blue Ridge China Partners, L.P. and its successor fund Blue Ridge China Partners II, L.P., in a substantial number of investment and exit transactions in the People's Republic of China, including in connection with the subsequent public offerings of several of such investments.

• Trilogy International Partners LLC, a wireless telecommunications service provider in international markets, in its formation and in three equity investment rounds raising in excess of $330 million.

• MasterCard International Incorporated in connection with a number of private equity and venture capital investments in high-tech companies.

• A private equity fund in connection with its acquisition of preferred stock in a radio station operator in the western United States.

• A private equity fund in connection with its investments in the outdoor advertising and data storage industries.

• An Indian private equity fund in its proposed investment in a United States technology company.

• Veronis Suhler Stevenson, LLC, a merchant bank and private equity fund dedicated to the media and communications industries.

• TowerCo LLC, which develops, leases, and manages wireless communications towers, and its management team, in connection with the company's organization and initial capitalization, and subsequent rounds of equity investments by Tailwind Capital LLC and Soros Strategic Partners LP, an entity managed by Soros Fund Management LLC.

• US Express Leasing, Inc., a start-up formed to serve the U.S. commercial leasing market, and its management team, in connection with the company's organization and initial capitalization.

• A start-up real estate venture based in Romania, and its management team, in connection with the company's organization, initial capitalization with equity from a U.S. hedge fund, and management arrangements.

• A number of high net worth individuals and families in connection with their personal and estate-planning investments.
