Fishman Moderates Panel on Federal Investigations at Bar Conference

Litigation partner Paul J. Fishman moderated a panel discussion titled "Representing Corporations and Corporate Officers in Federal Investigations" at the Association of the Federal Bar of the State of New Jersey 30th Annual United States District Court Judicial Conference, held on March 23, 2006, in West Orange, New Jersey. Mr. Fishman, who serves on the Association's Board of Trustees, brought his experience both as a federal prosecutor and in private practice to moderate the discussion of the criminal, civil, and administrative implications of federal inquiries; deferred prosecution agreements; and related attorney-client privilege issues. Among the distinguished panelists were Christopher J. Christie, Esq., the United States Attorney for the District of New Jersey, and Alfred J. Lechner, Jr., Esq., former United States District Court Judge for the District of New Jersey, and currently Vice President and Chief Litigation Counsel at Tyco International (U.S.) Inc.
