FKSA partner Ricardo Solano Jr. has been selected as one of the New Jersey Law Journal's "Forty Under 40" distinguished lawyers for 2010, published in an August 9, 2010 special issue. The selection process included identifying attorneys who had "developed practice niches, demonstrated leadership potential by work in practice groups or committees and amassed a thick book of business and a solid record of trial, appellate or transactional work" in an effort to identify "future leaders of the profession." The Law Journal also looked for pro bono work and charitable, community, and other volunteer activities.
