On January 26, 2010, FKSA partner Mary Mulligan will speak on a panel on "Hearsay and Crawford Issues in Criminal Trials." The panel is part of a program titled "He Said, She Said: Getting Hearsay Right in Civil and Criminal Trials - What Every Practitioner Needs to Know," hosted by the Evidence Committee of the Commercial and Federal Litigation Section of the New York State Bar Association. The program will be held in connection with the NYSBA's 2010 Annual Meeting at the Hilton New York, 1335 Avenue of the Americas, in New York City. The other members of the panel will be the Honorable Sidney H. Stein of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, Lawrence Gerschwer of Morrison & Foerster LLP, Deirdre McEvoy, the Deputy Chief, Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Southern District of New York, and Professor Robert Pitler from Brooklyn Law School.
