Suzanne Tufts to Present at Foundation Center Program on Social Enterprises

On December 14, 2009, FKSA attorney Suzanne Tufts will present at the program titled "For-Profit/Not-for-Profit Dilemma: How to Choose the Best Legal Form for Your Social Enterprise." The program will discuss emerging models of social entrepreneurship and the best corporate form for a new organization to take to enhance the social impact of its work. The program will be hosted by the Foundation Center, a national nonprofit service organization which has been recognized as the nation's leading authority on organized philanthropy, at 79 Fifth Avenue, 2nd floor in New York City. Stephen Falla Riff, an attorney at the Legal Aid Society's Community Development Program, will co-present at the program, which will run from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
