Berman will speak on a panel titled "Meeting Investor Demands While Protecting Strategies" at the Hedge Fund Risk Management Conference sponsored by the Hedge Fund Business Operations Association and Financial Research Associates. The panel, which will be held on November 13, 2008, will explore what investors need to know about valuation risks, pricing controls and operational complexity, and will help hedge fund managers determine whether service providers can provide a satisfactory source of transparency to investors.
