Ten FKSA Partners Selected as New York "Super Lawyers" for 2008 FKSA Partners Bruce S. Kaplan, Edward A. Friedman, Barry A. Adelman, Eric Seiler, Robert D. Kaplan, Robert J. Lack, Gregg S. Lerner, Paul J. Fishman, William P. Weintraub and Scott M. Berman have been selected by Law & Politics as 2008 New York "Super Lawyers" for having attained the highest degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. All of these partners also received this designation in 2007.
The Super Lawyer designation, bestowed on no more than five percent of all lawyers that have practiced in the New York metropolitan area for at least five years, results from ballots sent to over 100,000 lawyers as well as Law & Politics' in-depth research.
