On September 16, 2008, FKSA partner Scott M. Berman will lead a roundtable discussion titled "Hedge Fund Due Diligence for Private Investors" at the 6th Annual Wealth Management Forum sponsored by Institutional Investor Events. The Forum will focus on various wealth management matters, including trends in the global commodities market, the lessons learned from recent hedge fund failures and counterparty risk assessment in unstable markets. Other speakers include Jean J.P. Brunel, editor of the Journal of Wealth Management and managing principal of Brunel Associates, LLC, and Gerrit W. Gong of the Center for Strategic and International Studies.

The Forum, an educational and networking gathering for high-net-worth portfolio managers and private investors, will take place September 15-16, 2008 at the Union League Club in New York City.
