On June 29, 2008, FKSA partner William P. Weintraub will speak at the 26th Annual Western Mountains Bankruptcy Law Institute. He will participate in a panel titled "DIP Financing Issues," which will address recent trends in debtor-in-possession financing and will provide helpful tips on structuring such financing. He will also participate in the "Chapter 11 Open Forum," a review of current "hot topics" in Chapter 11 bankruptcies. The other members of the discussions will be The Honorable Leif M. Clark of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas, The Honorable Randolph J. Haines of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona, and Jonathan P. Friedland of Levenfeld Pearlstein, LLC.

The Western Mountains Bankruptcy Law Institute is part of the Norton Institutes on Bankruptcy Law. The conference will take place June 26-29, 2008 at the Jackson Lake Lodge in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
