FKSA represented Blue Ridge Limited Partnership and Blue Ridge Offshore Master Limited Partnership in an investment of approximately $50 million in Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited (STFC), an Indian public company. The investment was made by way of a preferential allotment of common shares.

Blue Ridge, a prominent hedge fund, makes investments in the U.S. and abroad. STFC, one of the leading transportation finance companies in India, is listed on each of the Bombay Stock Exchange, the National Stock Exchange, and the Madras Stock Exchange.
