On January 18, 2008, FKSA partner Anne E. Beaumont will serve as a panelist on a program titled "Poster Child of Troubled Industries in the Caribbean - The Hedge Funds" at the American Bankruptcy Institute's 2008 Caribbean Insolvency Symposium. The panel discussion will be moderated by Carol Logue of Bridge Associates, LLC, and Ms. Beaumont's co-panelists will include Timothy W. Mungovan of Nixon Peabody LLP and Professor David A. Skeel, Jr. of the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

The conference, which is hosted by the ABI, offers up to 11.75 hours of CLE credit (including 3 hours of ethics credit), and will take place January 17-18, 2008 at the Westin Diplomat Hotel in Hollywood, Florida.
