FKSA partner Robert S. Loigman will speak at the 12th Annual MARHedge European Conference on Alternative Investments. Loigman will participate in a panel titled, "Hedge Fund Blowups—A Case Study," in which a group of legal and compliance experts will analyze past hedge fund blowups to identify red flags and explain ramifications of recent court rulings. Other panelists are Edward Stavetski, the Chief Investment Strategist at CMG Investment Advisors, LLC, and Christine Woodhouse, General Counsel to Taylor Investment Advisors LP, and the panel will be moderated by Victor Zimmermann, Jr., a partner in Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP.
