FKSA partner Gregg S. Lerner has been named a member of the Board of the Learning Disabilities Association of New York City, a nonprofit organization that facilitates access to needed services for all New Yorkers with learning disabilities, especially those in the more disadvantaged communities, and provides support to those individuals and their families.

FKSA partner Paul J. Fishman has been named Treasurer of the Association of the Federal Bar of the State of New Jersey. Mr. Fishman has also been named Secretary of the Board of the Yogi Berra Museum and Learning Center, which seeks to preserve and promote the values of respect, sportsmanship, social justice and excellence through inclusive, culturally diverse, sports-based educational programs and exhibits.

FKSA associate Mala Ahuja Harker has been named a member of the Associate Board of the Urban Justice Center, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to serving New York City's most vulnerable residents through a combination of direct legal service, systemic advocacy, community education, and political organizing.
