FKSA advised a private equity fund, formed to make investments primarily in the People's Republic of China, in connection with structuring and other legal aspects of its formation. The fund is an affiliate of a U.S.-based investment fund. FKSA has also represented the fund in the negotiation and documentation of a number of its private equity investments in China. FKSA partner Gary D. Friedman and associate Asaf Reindel advised the fund.
