FKSA partners Scott M. Berman and Anne E. Beaumont will speak on a panel titled "Hedge Fund Receiverships" at the 13th Annual Northeast Bankruptcy Conference of the American Bankruptcy Institute in Newport, Rhode Island. The conference will be held July 13-16, 2006, and the panel will be held twice -- on Friday, July 14 and Saturday, July 15. Mr. Berman and Ms. Beaumont will discuss the history of major hedge fund failures and the claims and remedies that receivers, trustees and investors can pursue.
