FKSA advised ALLTEL Corporation (NYSE: AT) in connection with the sale of its Austrian subsidiary, tele.ring Telekom Service GmbH, to T-Mobile Austria, a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom AG (NYSE: DT), for Euro 1.3 billion in cash. tele.ring is the fourth largest mobile communications operator in Austria, with approximately 1.1 million customers.
